Targetting the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, this 60 minute class will allow you to open the energy channels in your body, increase your energy and feel more relaxed!
We will hold each posture for 3 - 5 minutes.
Recommended props include yoga blocks, yoga strap, yoga bolster/cushion and access to a wall!
