Right now our young population suffer from obesity, poor sleep habits, unhealthy eating habits and poor posture. As a result they are often fatigued, so they tend to have sedentary lifestyles. Prevention is the best medicine. "Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness", as Joseph Pilates believed. So let's integrate physical activity for the young! Prerequisites: Open to instructors and clients
