Tired of your teaching, bored with the work? You might need to re-connect the "T" with the "PTC" and rediscover the depth of the method. During this workshop you will discover ways to heighten both you and your student's Present Time Consciousness therefore enabling you to demand the details of the method. We will also review exercise details (placement, core connections and breath), modifications, breakdowns as well as challenging variations. Prerequisites: Great for any apparatus level instructor.
